The Pope and a few priests are in the Randwick loo over the weekend, taking a leak. The Pope looks around and sees Nicobate patches on the other's 'old fellas'. Curious, he says " My sons, I believe those devices should be worn on the arm, or on the shoulder."

The priests reply in unison, "My father, they work well for us. We are all down to two butts a day

And also that's why WYD was held at Randwick Racecourse because it was the only place that Catholic Priests are allowed to ride 3 year olds.  ;)
