I have a 04 620 and i was wondering where i can find a single side swingarm to put on it, if any will even convert over to this model and year? i know just about nothing so all info is helpful

Dirty Duc

S*R will fit the case.

I don't know about the shock and linkage...

If you want to fit a 916 swing arm, you will have to grind down the engine mount because the case is too wide.  You will have to also cut the sub-frame and mount the pivot for the 916 shock.  Not difficult to do but the parts have to be found.

Not a mod that one would want to do now that the S2R are around.  It used to be done because there was no single swingarm monsters.

As Dirtyduc said, S*R will fit, and will worl with your existing shock and linkage.

You'll need the complete swingarm with eccentric and hub, sprocket carrier, brake rotor, wheel.
You'll need to get S*R speedo sensor or extend the wires on the one you have, and get a speedo-healer to compensate for 4 pulses/rev instead of 6.
S*R swingarm pivot shaft and footpeg assemblies would make it easier...sort of.

Still would need to sort out exhaust and passenger pegs.

A pretty involved project, but virtually all of the parts you need are already made.

That's  a good bit of it.

But WTF, ~29 days left on the auction?

Buy it now. It's not an auction.

Given the price of used S2R 800's I'd sell the 620 and pick up an S2R.  Gotta figure used S2R's can be had for around $5k.  If you get just $3500 for your 620 you'd only be looking at a difference of $1500.  Add up swingarm, wheel, new rear tire, exhaust and footpeg mods, and you'd be hard pressed to do it for less than $1500.  Be cheaper to sell the 620 and get an 800.  With an 800 you'd get all that and more motor too.

That's a salvage breaker business - they typically list stuff for BIN

FWIW they have the wheel too

Looking over their stuff - there's a good bit of Duc stuff. Might be worth keeping track of
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

Someone was looking for a fairing for an s*R and that guy has one for not too much.
