A latte is a type of coffee drink..............   one part expresso to at least 3-5 parts steamed milk......in other words, its a milkier flat white......      

IMO, its a "Claytons" coffee, a coffee that you have when not really having a coffee. Is only one step above a baby chino.    

You definately need an education night at Bar Italia, along with Mark/Betty of course. Not that i'm an expert either
