No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

It didn't look all that wet. Checa finally looked decent.

Wet enough for a bit that they didn't run the usual number of qualifying sessions according to the report but then the race officials were being a bit cautious.  Checa was looking good but the others got some better times as the track was drying.

Ducati still down on top speed  ??? WTF...
252,000 km/seventeen years - loving it

TooClose Racing

Great first race, but Sykes set up was off a bit. I am just crushed over the second race.  Of course - a Lavery fan might say that about the first race.  Guintoli is being "gifted" this championship, for chrissakes.  Which is a totally sour grapes remark - he has been running at the front, but I'm a big cry baby.

The WSS race was fantastic.  God, I love this 5 hour marathon of racing.  Even the 1000 STK stuff.

WSS race definitely the best race of the weekend.

Gutted for Tom. Even moreso that he went out on a crashed bike and set a race lap record.  [bang]

I liked Steve Martin's idea about Baz dumping on the warm-up lap....

You can tell what generation some guys are from. I personally miss the days when rules were bent every single weekend to win races.
