i dont care if you have been a mechanic for 10 years doing something for a long time does not make you good at it, take my gf for an example shes been walking for 28 years and still manages to fall over all the time.

 That one is too sparkley for me, butt with a bit of toning down would be great!

I fix it?
That thing is like hood bras, or engine guards.
But then I never understood people who leaves plastic wrapping on their couches either, so it must be my own thing.

I'd rather take the chance with replacing a frame slider over possible engine damage. ;)

To each his own though, couch wrapping and all. [thumbsup]

That looks familiar. Is that on the Blue Ridge Parkway somewhere?

Not the BRP, but not too far away.  That is Bridal Veil Falls on US64/NC28 just west of Highlands, NC.

Thanks! That makes sense as I used to pass through Highlands quite a bit on the way up to Asheville. Flow must be enthusiastic this year after all the rain we've had.

Yea, we've had a very wet spring and most creeks and rivers are running plenty high.  I live near Asheville BTW.

Nice picture! That's an area I know pretty well.
We owned an house in Folgarida for 12 years, and it still my my favorite ski place, with all the slopes connected to Campiglio e Marilleva.
Close to Ponte di Legno there is a place where they make the best Polenta con Capriolo e Porcini I have ever had. Yummy!  [drool]

This year our base camp for 9 days was in Edolo, where we found also fine bars and trattorias. We named it the camonica run and rode Stelvio, Gavia, Vivione, Tonale, Aprica, Salven, Mad. di Camp. Croce Domini, Val d´Ampola, Lago d´Iseo, Lago di Ledro, the garda, Bondone .... Each of them is brilliant.

@Ungeheuer: You´re welcome!  [beer]
