I occasionally see references on ebay motors ads. I can't think of any names off hand so I'm no help right now. Sometimes the seller may have sold several bikes and they have steered the buyers to a particular shipper and had good luck with them. I've seen them recommend shippers in their comments. I'll keep an eye open next time I'm wasting time on ebay. [thumbsup] Maybe Jeff at AMS knows. Twenty bucks says someone somewhere has shipped him their bike to be worked on.

There was a guy in OKC that was in the MC shipping business, but I don't think he does it anymore.

I keep hearing good things about HaulBikes.com. Personally I don't consider a few hundred bucks being raped when it's done right and there's a good bit of insurance on it to boot.

Tommy,

Give Tony a call. He has shipped lots of aircraft kits without so much as a scratch. Main business is aircraft kits but I know he has shipped cars before.

i've seen lots of people on here use http://www.forwardair.com/ for shipping; from what i've heard they do a good job, and i don't believe they're all that pricey.
