^ and your right Sky, I've done plenty to keep my tail sleek and sexy --- and these brackets, even when the pegs are removed, buggers up the lines and clutters the look a bit.  BUT with no other options available and the girl hounding me to ride along, I had to make the sacrifice!

Gday Raux, as mszilves mentioned having no luck in locating a set, would you possibly be able to steer me in the right direction? I'm about to grab a set of woodcrafts but without these the girl will not be happy [laugh] I've read the rearset thread explaining a few others (cnc, metaltech etc..) but couldnt seem to find any specs on the rise side of things, the woodcraft really appeal to me as they offer a such a great amount. Are there others with the passenger peg extension that still offer similar incase I cant find a set of the S&P ones?

Thanks in advance.

S&Ps are made in Italy. WHICH is on vacation during august. not S&P, the whole country  [laugh]

so i'm sure in September parts will be available.

other than that, Rizoma could be in stock in other places, again Italian, so unless in stock, still a wait.
Bellissimoto, a sponsor, carries Rizomo, Ducabike and CNC racing,

oh btw, CNC's are $1000+ for passenger and rider  :o

That explains it! Cheers for the reply Raux, I'm legally not allowed to two-up until February so it doesnt matter how long it takes. Would just like to be able to get a set compatible with woodcraft.

TealCandy, I fitted a pair of J4Race rearsets to my 795 recently. I'll try to post a pic from their website but seem to be struggling with the whole pic post thing. here's a link to the website anyway http://www.j4race.com/

They were really well priced at 6000 & something Thai Baht, which at the time was about $240. This was an introductory special, but I don't think they'd be a lot more than that now because even though the price may have increased, the US dollar is stronger now, so it may have had a nullifying effect.
They are made in Thailand & not bad quality for the price. Obviously anything that is Italian or US built & you pay 6,7 or 800 dollars for, will be a superior product, but if anyone wants to save a few dollars then these aren't too bad an option.

I found the quality of the machined aluminium to be fairly good but where the cost saving was achieved was in some of the components like linkages & linkage bearings which are a little cheap, but not a complete disappointment. If you're after something with a passenger footrest, these aren't a bad option.

The worst thing about them, in my opinion, would be the fixed rider footpegs. As soon as I can figure out a folding alternative I'll be modifying them.

They bolted up fairly easily but a bit of diddling around is required for the brake master cylinder.

Storm, where did you get that seat? It's da bomb! Is it a custom job or a commercially available product?

I guess us 1100evo guys are lucky! our pass pegs aren't that bad looking and they come off pretty easy.
