I have emailed them with no reply and no one answers the phone.
Is the phone number on the website correct?

I was just on the phone with them on Tuesday and they also answered my e-mail. Don't know about today though.

Website says they will be closed Saturday for MotoGP, Sunday as well (as usual).

Just tried to call, no answer.
I talked to them recently, so AFAIK the number on the website is still good.

Perhaps they ran off to MotoGP early?

I tried the numbers on your site today too and they just rang without a pick up or machine...just fyi.  I sent email instead

Brian checked and found that one of the carry over lines was not ringing and only flashed. He reset the phone and line 4 seems to be working now.
