Lunchtime at the Funny Farm. 

If I wasnt already conditioned to simply pulling on the big, big shoes.... red nose and polka dot jump suit....  the corporate dysfunction around this place would drive me insane  [bang] [laugh].

But I learned a long time ago that shit hates going up hill.

So I just cue the music and honk the horn  ;D

Sent the boss a text last night (his preferred method of communication - seriously) to give him a heads up about the break-in.  his response was "hmmmm" and with the help of a great colleague, got a spare laptop up and running so didn't lose too much productivity.  

I will be side-by-side with him for about 12 hours on Wednesday.  No doubt it will be discussed then as it should (although not much to discuss really).

In other news: cleaned the garage tonight, now loving my Blue Moon pumpkin ale (still #1 on my list of pumpkins) and watching my ponies crush the raiders.

Home from the park. Lucy and I met a friend (Leah) and her dog at Discovery Park. The dogs got to run around off leash. Lucy is fast! Then we went to Leah's house and her husband made us tea and dessert.

Good luck with 12 hour bossathon Stella [thumbsup]  Seriously, what's the worst that can happen?  He insists you pay for a replacement??  And I doubt he'll go there.  It's not the consequence that's bothering you.... it's that you hate that squirming unsettled feeling you get by having to admit... that you make the beast with two backsed up.  It shatters the competence projection  ;).

Ask me how I know.

Then ask me if I care anymore  [laugh].
