Can I put the diavel license plate holder on my 796 Monster?

Guys.. anyone tried to put the Diavel license plate holder on the Monster.. 796 in particular?  After seeing the 2014 model, it looks nice..

Rizoma sells a kit that fits.  If you want the carbon fender it is a 600.00 bit of kit!  Not going there myself.
Two things I don't do.  Keyboard bullies and hypocrites.
