Just tried some Cumberland Gap pork jowl bacon I picked up at Walmart.  It might be the nicest bacon I have ever had - and that is going some.  If you run across some, give it a try!

wow.  not sure what brand it was, but I just had, like, the most shit bacon this side of turkey.  sure, I could go back to the fridge to look, but I'd rather just forget it.
