TL;DR:
Someone stole a truck in Mex. transporting Cobalt 60 waste and opened the lead casket. From that point they have (roughtly) 24-72 hours left to live before they die real bad.

Karmic smack down happend real fast there.

The truck was recovered, then the empty case recovered a mile or so down the road.  The material was found a little ways later down the road.
