So, my mom had an aneurysm (aka hemorrhagic stroke) for Christmas.  One emergency flight across country to see her, two procedures to fix it and three weeks in the hospital.  She's out now and seems to be doing good..thankfully.  Now, the doctors tell her that my siblings and I should each get an MRA to check on our melons.

I've worked in Radiology for 3 years and my dad has been now for over 20.  I know all about the procedure.  I think that's what's really getting me worked up now too! 
Being an SLP, I've treated several stroke patients over the years and have always thought that I'm glad nobody in my family has ever had one.  Well, a big shot of reality just blew that one out of the water.

Anyway, FHE?? 

i will check with Michelle, both her mother and her mothers twin sister died from a brain aneurysm, i would imagine her mother had one at some point.

I've had two MRIs, but not an A... not sure if that'll help any 

to everything looking fine once it's done

MRE's don't count Kro.  Maybe celebrate afterward eating one though?!   I haven't had one since Basic

well, yeah, but what were you wondering? just generally what it's like being in the tube?  if you're not claustrophobic, you'll be fine it's just loud. and tattoos get hot. and it's loud.

I've had MRI's before.  They don't bother me.  It's just added dye part I think I'm going to have a problem with.
