Thanks! Unfortunately I have no plans to sell them. I have a few weeks time between work projects ( temporarily unemployed contractor,) so I'm keeping myself busy

that has a saw mill.

Finally made something semi-worthy of adding to the thread. A box for recipe cards. It's made of old jarrah fence pickets.

I did this a few years ago.

its  a back-etched and glue chipped mirror,  it's a depiction of Adam and Eve being kicked out of the garden of eden. painted in gold.

custom cut , back-etched and painted desmo owners club mirror I made for my old tiny office ( hgtv says mirrors give the illusion of more space)

i cut the top shape to look like the valves profile.

my old bump-cap from when i made roofing shingles.

all done with industrial spray paints.

I've always loved woodcut prints, so I did the mirror to see it carving into glass would have the same depth that wood cuts give to paper.

I used this old Holbein piece from the 13th century as the model. Like a dummy, because I was working on the back of the mirror, I forgot the image would be flowing to the left, and not to the right. I spent two long weeks drawing it on the back, then two nights cutting out the areas to be sand blasted, a day blasting it, then a day chipping it, only after I painted the gold, did I realize my goof up. I... was... pissed.
