New kid from San Diego. I have been riding dirt since 2003 but finally decided to get a street bike.

Found this 2002 Monster 620 with 7900 miles on it for $3500. I went to see it and talked the guy down to $2900.



Not the biggest fan of the flames. But I do not hate them enough to have the tank repainted yet.

Just ordered a tail chop kit and integrated rear light.

Going to have some fun at the DMV on tuesday to get the paper work on this and my dirt bikes sorted out. While I am there I will call my insurance company to find out just how much insuring this bad boy is going to cost me.

Welcome to DMF! Also it looks like the previous owner upgraded the brakes - lucky you! From what I've read on here so far, you also need to upgrade the front forks, since the stock ones are quite squishy. Happy modding!
