Matt did give us a scare and everyone was super relieved to see he was uninjured when we got back to Alice's.

I headed back home by way of Pescadero and managed to arrive at the scene of Matt's misque in time to help him and the tow truck driver muscle the bike back up to the road.  The bike will survive this one with very little damage.
