Chimborazo, an inactive volcano and the highest point in Ecuador, which makes it the point on earth farthest from the center of the earth (due to the fact that the planet is not spherical but bulges in the middle).  Taken on my recent trip.  I like that the cloud in the middle forms a hand primed for a high five!

Ha. Got halfway through the trip and realized I hadn't tried it. Sought out places but was mostly at the coast at that point and they don't do cuay. Next time.

I was told it tastes somewhere between chicken and rabbit.
