Is there a sport 1000 forum anywhere? Im assuming there isnt since it has not been around for very long... btw does anyone have the stock slipons for sale from an 07-08 sport 1000? thanks

Sport 1K's have been out for 2..almost 3 years now.  Yes, there's a couple sites but I"m not sure the names.  Ask Deitrich.  He has a classic.

Yup, two main hot spots on the web for SCs are the Sport Classic section of ducati.ms (most active) and the independent site www.sport-classic.com for those opposed to VS owned sites.
