I just finished putting the oil cooler kit on my 620 and couldn't be happier. Install was easier than I thought and during the test ride I couldn't get her to go over 200F.   

I would suggest this to anyone with a 620.

would you mind giving me a list of the components you used for the installation? I have an '07 695, I think it should be about the same as your 620.

If I remember correctly, it is the same. You need the oil cooler, lines, valve cover with brackets, and flapper valve. There might be one for sale right now on the old board:

You will also need the two fittings for the case and two fittings for the cooler( same part) along with crush rings for all 4 and 8 o-rings for the lines.  BCM in Vermont was the only place I could find them.  Make sure you change the oil and filter with the install.  You should definetly do this it made a dramatic difference in riding.  Let me know if you have any questions since everything is fresh in my mind.
