i'll have both arms wired up to an apheresis machine tomorrow AM actually...which is *almost* as fun...  though after the session, the ride home is pretty fun...because i'm sometimes kind of dizzy and lightheaded.  that's where those oreo cookies really come in handy.

i have the carbs tucked away for you, though.
