A colleague went for a promotion at another school today. If she gets it, I'm one step closer to being made 'ongoing', which is great.

I hope she gets the job as she's been working towards such a promotion for a few years now. She and her husband just obtained their Masters of Education today.

There's still at least 6-8 weeks of winter here.

Warming up to -5F gets old...fast.

Most of January and February were like that.

At least February had some sunny days and a few days close to freezing. :P

The 'climate' inside was definitely worth the effort.

Particularly on a sunny day.

The largest heat gain from the sun so far has been 13 degrees. It was almost uncomfortable.
