Evening . . .

just got out of the shower . . . 

no time tomorrow morning,  gotta go to the M.E. to be examined and injuries assesed and "no work time" also gets assesed, rhis determines if case goes to DOT court or Civil court since money or lack of in form of "lost wages" are involved.

I am pretty sure it will go to civil court . . . It's been a month already, civil court doesnt care if I got paid last 2 pay periods . . . for them "I DID NOT WORK FROM FEB 8 UP TO NOW AND UP TO 6 MORE MONTHS" . .  sorry about caps lock, wanted to try to make this point clear. But, a date for trial will be given and after trial, when sentence is dictated, the process begins(for payment, 60% of wages, minus taxes and SS) . . .
Apologies for getting into some politics, felt like I needed to explain.
