Could someone tell me the name of the part I need to look for to mount my plate under the seat along with an integrated tail light and turn signals?

We usually call it a Tail Chop (which actually is what people do before installing the parts), but you could also look for Tail Tidy and Fender Eliminator.

"under the seat", you mean, like these?

Or, something like this ?

The former examples are often called "tucked in" plate, and I wouldn't do that if I were you.
(Reason being that you are going to increase the chance to get pulled over by LEO, for the mod that has no real benefit other than the "hooligan look". Nothing personal, that kinda style is just not for me.)

I looked at the eliminator. It's good but still has the turn signals on either side. I want to get the brake and signals in one light. I'll look for chops. Thanx.

Yeah, I had something in mind like the 3rd pic. But I like the 2nd even better. The less the plate breaks up the visual lines, the more out of sight, the better for me; from an appearance standpoint. It looks cleaner, sharper to me that way. Does that make me a hooligan? Uh-oh.  :P

No, it does not make you a hooligan. It’s just that the image of tucked under the seat license plate is often associated with the hooligan image. If you think it looks aesthetically pleasing to you, go for it. It’s your bike, how it looks and feels to you is more important.

If you like something similar to the 2nd pic,

I love that setup. But my bike doesn't have the same sort of space in that area. How do I post a pic here?

Fleda/JC Pakbikes makes a setup for the Monsters. Make sure you're sitting down when you find out the price tho.

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

I'm also looking for a suggestion.  Mine's mounted underneath but I'm not a fan of the tickets.  Trying to figure out a clean way to mount it, but don't have enough space between my cans for the plate.

EEL

The location in the middle where your exhaust strap mounts is where something like an evotech tail tidy would attach. You would just have to tie the exhaust bracket in conjunction.

I've got the Evotech tail tidy on mine, but with the exhaust the way it is, I can't fit the plate there.  Maybe mounted vertically, but that'll look shitty.

There's the Rizoma kit which also serves as a half ass mudguard I've always liked, but that's $$$
