i'll leave you all to your wikipedia then.

As per Wikipedia:
Apheresis machines (also known as "cyberapheresis machines") are electronic sex toys that can be controlled by a computer. [1]Promoters of these devices have claimed since the 1980s they are the "next big thing" in cybersex technology.[2] "apheresis machines" can also refer to the integration of telepresence with sex that these toys make possible â€" the term was coined in 1975 by Ted Nelson [3] in his Computer Lib/Dream Machines.

In its original conception, this technology was to have been used for remote sex (or, at least, remote mutual masturbation), where the physical sensations of touch could be transmitted over a data link between the participants.

Visualisations of this hypothetical technology invariably featured an image of an attractive woman engulfed in a rubber suit equipped with sensors and built-in, remotely-operated dildos, suggesting an inspiration derived more from rubber fetishism and/or medical fetishism than a desire to meet widespread demand.

Sex toys that can be manipulated remotely by another party are currently coming onto the market.[4] These toys sometimes come with prerecorded movies to which the toys' actions are synchronized by means of a previously-written script. Other products being released fit a new category called bluedildonics, which allow a sex toy to be controlled remotely via a Bluetooth connection....

West to aledo, then 5 to Anneta, then 51 and 1708 to tin top rd to 2580 and 4 to lipan, then 1189 and 1188 to 377 bluff dale, then 2481 to 205 to paluxy and glen rose.

Do you want to meet up somewhere?  what exit are you closest to along I- 35?  you could take 1187 west or if further south, 917 to godley then 171 to cresson

Has anyone ridden this route before.  I went out today to check it out.  the roads were well paved and relatively clean  some parts were wide open and others were tight with 25 MPH turns..  As fast as I rode, most of the time I was taking it easy.  It's just those wide open roads are so tempting.  I would suggest if you haven't run these roads to just take it easy and enjoy the ride.  I remember to many group rides where people crash trying to run a fast pace on an unfamiliar road.  Don't follow the guy infront of you too closely.  This isn't a race.  we will wait for everyone regardless of your pace.

Google the roads I listed if you want to follow them. Print it out and you'll have a map.  It is 90 miles to the first gas station stop and we caan eat at Grandbury or Glen Rose for BBQ.

I have not... but a13bPilot may have... he lives out that way...
I think he plans on making it to this ride.
I called to give him a "heads up" about it and he sounded like he was going to show.

+1 as cute as duke is, I still always think about that damn bike. It is cool!

RichD

It IS a cool bike... no doubt.
I think if I rode one I might like it too much!

Pierre Terblanche said (more than once)
it was the benchmark he was trying to surpass with the Hypermotard.
Supposedly the power-to-weight ratio is better on the Hyper...
But I think you could actually drive past a couple of gas stations on the Duke...

;D

Damn, now I'm  going to be thinking about it...
(the name thing -NOT- buying another bike.... )
