BTW, it will be a wet weekend, so we really will not be able to see the Ducs' real potential.

After pretty much domination by MM through most FP1, Dovi pulls out a half second quicker lap as the checkered flag waved.

Forecast basically say rain at 65+% the whole weekend.
It's going to be a different race.

I thought this from Crash.net was interesting regarding the FP2 times:

"If the weather is wet again on Saturday morning then these lap times will decide the top ten places for direct access to Saturday's Qualifying 2 session, meaning Jorge Lorenzo will need to take part in Qualifying 1. "

The kid is not human...

So your first bike breaks down on the straight...you pull over to the pit wall, do a pull up to the top of the wall, jump down and sprint the length of the pit to your box, jump on your #2 bike. 3 minutes left in the session, and you've been bumped from 1st to 7th.

What do you do?

Simple...go faster than everyone else and decimate the field by .3 of a second to get on pole.

Dovi second on the soft tire with George 3rd...Vale 4th.

The Yamahas are definitely holding their own. MM is still the one to beat, but I might need to revise the Ducs.

I'm impressed with the Suzuki, not bad for its second race. Now if aprilia could get their act together I'd really happy
