I bought some gloves from motowheels, and they shipped it on the 22nd via fedex. it said, expected delivery, july 30th. I figure thats a long time but i cant do anything about it. Next day, it changed to the 25th. on the 23rd it was in tranist from reno nevada. on the 25th nothing came. Now there is no expected delivery, and theres no update from where it went after reno.

has anyone ever had this happen to them? I tried calling them up, and they have no idea where it is and said "well call you back in a few hours" on saturday, and if i dont get a call from them monday, im going to be pissed since i have no gloves right now. Joe rocket sucks, they ripped from the palm all the way to the backhand.

IMO kiss your gloves bye-bye. Fedex can lose ANYTHING! And usually does. I've had Fedex lose an entire 4 cylinder longblock!
Oh, and if you file a claim, expect to get your $$ in about 6-8 months, after they deny the claim twice for lack of paperwork, even though you've already faxed them the paperwork that they're using as an excuse to deny the claim. Twice.

I had 2 recent incredibly positive experiences with FedEx.

Call em with yir tracking number, Give 'em a chance.

Aerostich shipped my jacket back to me FedEx Ground on a Friday afternoon. Had it that Saturday before noon.

Went fishing in Alaska.   The processor shipped my fish FedEx.  I initiated a call, with tracking number, and recieved a call letting me know it was at the house, as well as a folow-up call to make sure we got it put away.

FedEx rocks in my book, and no, I don't work there.

You could also track it to the last place, then go there and look for workers wearing your gloves.

I priority overnighted an item from houston to california one thursday. It got there friday. Of the next week.

With UPS: I watched my license plate go from Phoenix to California and back... FOR TWO WEEKS on the tracking.
I called everyday...
I needed the plate to ride home (DFW Texas -my paper plate had expired)

They just had to drop it in the middle (Yuma)!!!  but kept "forgetting"

First my ebay HID kit, now my gloves. Honestly UPS overcharges and is slow as hell and they will not admit to ANYTHING. Fedex is always make the beast with two backsing quirky, sometimes its super fast, sometimes its super late. USPS is the best shipper IMHO. but the clerks at the post office are CRAZY!

DHL is also awesome. Super fast, super reliable, and for the cost, it is worth every penny if its important.

It is too bad DHL is having a tough time financially here in the US.
If you get anything shipped in from Europe use DHL if you can.  FAST.  CHEAP.  AWESOME.

I was very impressed with them, 5 days , purchase from motowheels '' levers and mirrors '' to Australia. And they even knocked loud
so i could here him at the door. unlike other companies i have dealt with which i wont name.

i've never had issues with fedex...
some minor issues with ups...
and major issues with dhl...

Those are my experiences also.

DHL sucks big time. They deserve to have problems.

FEDEX is crap.

I have actually not ordered from companies when they will only ship with them.  I have had so many bad experiences that recounting them would take too long.
