When I have enough chilli's and I am in the mood for a face exfoliation I cook up a batch of jam. Has known to be hot!

Needle opened the packet of Blairs chips in the car the other day and my eyes started to sting. 

Making chilli jam this weekend in fact.....

Have some ghosts and a lot of Vipers to make it up with...
Will be interesting......

That does sound interesting!  I grew Trinidad Scorpions last year.

Have been use a Trinidad scorpion based hot sauce for a little while, 58% Butch T scorpions. Tasty (and damn hot).
