Because I can here are some pics of the Jam 

The Hot varieties - mostly Naga Vipers, some ghost and some habaneros to make up the numbers

While cooking - smell was interesting with the steam hitting you in the face

Nice hot and sweet end result.
Licking the ladle after scraping the last of the seeds out of the pot was a mistake. 

Looks great!  Based on the peppers you used, I imagine that last lick was a warm one!

It was indeed....

Jam is nice. Whenever you get a bot of viper in the mix it is certainly hot...

First tasting at lunch today. Spicy but very sweet. Flavour just keeps on growing. My lips were still stinging a long while after.

Son will try it tonight, be good to get a 2nd opinion. Then will take to work tomorrow for some people to try.
