Ours above is fed raw.  We get raw chicken breast, cut it up, clean in vinegar.  They can eat raw bone but ours makes a mess.  She takes it out the bowl.  So we grind up egg shells about 2 per feeding.   With fruits and veggies, dogs don't digest it slow enough to acquire the nutrients.   It'll pass through whole.  So we ninja the carrots and berries (which ever we have for the day), zucchini,  and spinach.   I'll throw in chia seeds too.  Sometimes peanut butter and every other feeding raw honey (helps with the skin).   Organs help a lot but mine won't eat them unless frozen.   Probably the smell. Haven't tried tripe though.  also through in raw egg few times a week. Good vitamin B.  Do beef once in a while and pork.  Chicken is just cheaper.  Maybe after I'm able to do some hog hunting that'll change.

Measuring raw food is tiresome.   Meat:  about 3 % of there body weight total for the day.  So 2 feedings 1.5%   ours gets around 13 to 15 oz of meat per feeding.

Had our first visitor here in the new place in TX.   She was amazed at her coat and the none dog smell.

Eventually I might try making dog food to sell.  Will dehydrate the meat, fruits and veggies for easier packaging, transportation and longevity.   Buyer would just have to add water.

The new girl in the house, Muneca

Her story:

She was born, unwanted so no love was given, she was then burned with scalding water and a girl on vacations took her in and started treating her, but, vacations were over and she couldn't take the dog with her, so, we called, set it up and here she is . . . Still lots of healing, both physical and spiritual, but, she will lots of fun here with Enzo and Max . . .

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.
