Hot here these days.

Almost 70 at 10am doesn't really let the house cool off over night.

Been chilly enough in the morning for a light jacket, but still with the shorts & flip flops.  It will be 90 today (so says the weather app)

Seems to be.  Something I will have to keep a close eye on.

Could be a bead leak. They make bead sealer for those situations. Requires dismounting and remounting.
