I can't get the passenger side hub seal to stop leaking oil. Might have to break out the sealant.

I have a neighbor above me that had a leaking shower.

It is @ $6k in damage.  @ $12k between three units last time around.

Her insurance company is not paying.

She was sued last time.  Apparently she did not learn her lesson.

Hopefully she will this time.

I suspect it looks worse than it is. Caught early should help.

The kids feed the ants on purpose. I asked them to stop but they said something about my mother wishing kids like she had on me.

Hub seal seems to have stopped leaking. Yes Nate-there's fluid in it.  ;)
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
