Didn't make it this weekend since my battery gave out.

Well, after almost 2 years of work without any time off and 1 day off every other week I got laid off in June. I took the grand baby's to Montana to see great grand parents and also had time to work on bikes. I am now employed! I have battled MVD and the AZ equivalent for the last year and now the 93 900 SL is on the road. Next up the 01 900 SS. Of course Balloon Fiesta means rain.
93 900SL, 01900SS, 82 FXWG, 80 FLH, 76 R90/6, 98 XR400R, 4 Grand Daughters and I have a hoarding problem?

Hope to ride with you again!
Scott and I did get to ride today since he had
a spare battery to get my bike going  [Dolph]

Desert Desmo LLC is sponsoring the final track day of the year at Sandia Speedway this Saturday the 10th.  I have tickets for $100 a shot if anyone wants that sort of ride.  I'll knock off 10% for customers, so call it $90 for most of the folks who monitor this forum!  [Dolph]

Well, I got my bike back after DNA finally agreed to fix my chain rubbing the swing arm issue.
It took calling Ducati Italy to lite a fire under their behind though.
Anyone up for riding this weekend?

They had the swing arm shipped to CA in order to get it built up and machined
to eliminate the chain rubbing against it.
After 40+ miles on the track there is no more rubbing  [Dolph]

Good to know,  thanks, saw the track pics,  looks like fun...I could feel the track just seeing your videos,  doing better on lines as you kept lapping...:) What is that thing LScotts riding?

It's a 250 Ninja he found in CO a fellow racer was selling.
It has suspension, chain & sprockets upgrades and is a blast to ride (other than the GP shift).
He just finished racing school for the local track and will start racing in May.

JJ

Nice, that would be a good bike for the track. I bet Crest is soon going to be ready to cruise. .. [Dolph]

I'm looking for a KTM RC390 as a track bike. Should be about perfect for Sandia Raceway.  [Dolph]
