Full jump sequence from the C-17 including in-flight rigging. ( [puke] [bang] I always hated that shit) This is one of my favorite aircraft we use, flys like a Cadillac. You'll see in the vid (?) there is a wind deflector on the hatch, so when you take your first step there is relatively  ;) no wind, but one second later you go straight sideways like a cartoon character. Hilarious in person.

Why jump from a C-17?? This is why!

Been there right at the edge like the camera man but never jumped out of the Herc. Wasn't my Job to jump.
You can see all the exhaust soot from those engines in the back ground.

Not the ideal landing strip, but hey, I guess they land them where they're told to!
