Carbine course today. 600rds per man. Some good dudes today, and they got a ton of work.

Yeah, I had to get a pic of that. He was a French trained Chef for 11yrs. He does stone work now, and shoots as much as possible, pretty cool cat.

Good range session today. Tons of mag change drills (upwards of 200). For you guys working on your tactical shooting, you need to incorporate days like this. You would normally get 20 or so mag changes in a session, but set up 3-4 mags all with single rounds. Start from the rig with the first shot, combat (tactical) reload, shot, reload, shot reload etc etc. keep setting up single mags and work the make the beast with two backs out of it.

Glad you got something out of it! You'll burn through 2000 rounds in a few range days though! 😉

Textured my grip, replaced the ambi safety, new rear site, removed the oversized mag well and massaged the trigger. (Clean break at 3lbs). Ran 500 through it. Stoopid make the beast with two backsing gun.  [evil]
