The 390 naked. Just the overall impression. The Honda VTR250 was a bigger rip off.

They're a good little bike from what I've seen. Popular here.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Perusing the specs, it seems to have the bare minimum of electronics, IE just ABS.

Chassis specs are ~same as Gen2.

They may have found the old cookbook.  :)

Hope so. It doesn't look half bad. I think the headlight not being so squashed in is a big improvement. Interesting to see if it can be retro fitted to the previous gen bikes.

same electronics as Scrambler . . .

so and older 796 engine and re-flashed ECU might give it a little more punch . . . just saying

Ducati is the pretty girl that can't walk in heels without stumbling. I still love her.

Looks like it has a proper throttle cable... no RBW  [thumbsup]

They have had enough trouble on some other models with RBW, but it's obviously a cost cutting measure. Good I say.

Stroked rather than bored 750, good for street performance imo.

Appears to be basically the same 803cc that we've had for quite a while.

Same trans ratios, APTC clutch.

Really a good sign, as the 800 motor is such a sweet unit.

Good they didn't throw the old donk out. Wonder how lean it is for Euro4?

Scrambler demo I rode was a bit touchy on small throttle.
But that was a single throttle body, and the low seat and wide high bars made the ergos awkward.
And it wasn't Euro4.

Are we sure this isn't a single throttle body?
