My BIL...the asshole...the one that makes pretty damned awesome cider is crowd funding the purchase of cold climate cider apples to plant on their farm in Plattsburgh. This will accomplish two things. It will make better cider, and will promote genetic diversity in the Champlain Valley, which is always a good thing in this age of genetic engineering...I won't go further.

This place has always come through for good causes, and this, I believe, is a good one.

I know it's the holidays and money's tight for everyone, but if you can, please do.
