Yeah, I found mine grabby on both my T140's ('73 models). Very cool pic brings back memories. Is that a spin on filter kit I see behind the rider's leg? What did you do to the motor?

Nice Nortons. Those cases are beautiful.
I used to spend alot of time with Autosol on my Triumph's alloy 'til it was almost glassy.

Just how wealthy do you have to be to put your fully restored Brough Superior (Norton Manx, etc.) in the hands of a half-mad pro motorcycle racer to race it in the rain - and crash it? Pretty wealthy, I'm guessing...
