I've been messing around with 'cold brew'. Over the years I've always made iced coffee in the summer. My mom always had a pitcher in the fridge. Reading more about the 'proper' way to brew it. We always just brewed the coffee, let it cool and put it in the fridge. Apparently that's 'the least desirable way to do it. 'They' say the 3 ways are...

1. What I just said (meh)
2. Brew and immediately pour over ice (better)
3. Cold brew (best)

There are several devices to brew with. Im just using a French Press. Ground the same as hot, use room temperature water, brew 12-14hrs. Easy peasy.

I just got my bag of caffeine and hate delivered. Can't wait to try it.
Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project.

I like it. I don't know if I'll buy more, cuz it's a little pricey. That and I have a bunch of the Douwee Egberts that I just ordered.
