Here are the proportions:
11/2 lb. chuck, 1/2 lb hot sausage meet, 1/3 cup Parmesan, a couple of slices of day old Italian bread (just enough to absorb the egg to bind it together), 6 sprigs of parsley, 1/2 lb Parma prosciutto and two hard boiled eggs.  Ain't one of those "stretch the budget" meat loafs.
