On a related note, we just bought the next door neighbor house from the bank.  Renovating for 6-12 months and then moving my folks in.    Its garage fits my Ferrari (mine doesn't... it's a shed) so she can live at home instead of office garage. 

Bikes SHALL be listed in April. 

Spending time gutting old house.    Back to studs.    Foundation and brick are good.   Keeping me out of trouble.    (Also easy way to turn 300k into 750k)   This weekend my job is taking out furnace chimney that's been burning oil for ten years or so while leaky and unlined.     (Air chisel one row at a time from top). 
It's still buy a flounder a drink month

Weekend at Enzo's isn't going to play off well when everyone knows he's been dead for almost 30 years. :-\

I will supply the respirator for said chimney removal.

Back at the land fill. The had a supervisor sit in. Students still acted like spoiled brats.  >:( 

Going to a concert tonight, so at least I have something to look forward to!  Seeing tshi guy:
