 Can't generate the right word, so Awesome will have to do.  You're not just out there doing it, you're doing it pretty well.  All I have is a Bridgeport, an old Monarch 10EE and a 3 credit hour community college machine shop class under my belt.   Really incredible how just that has really expanded what I can do and fix.  Lots of fun.

Thanks for the kind words. A lot of what I know is self taught as well. No actual degree for me.

Sometimes I dream of having things scaled back to just me and a couple machines (I don't even own a manual lathe. Wish I did)

Figure it like this- you don't have to come up with like $20k every month to stay floating. That's not a bad thing :)

This is one of those days I miss punching a time clock and getting a paycheck.

They're few and far between but they're out there.
