I use a pressure blaster to get rid of pitting.

A new battery is going to solve all his problems.   :D


I'm fairly annoyed with my brother-I don't know what to do about his dipshittedness.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I hooked the battery from my trackbike to it with 10 ga jumpers, cranked it over, and saw spark.

Put the plug in it, and it fired right up and ran for 15 minutes. Drained the oil, and checked the screen.

It's all back together waiting on the battery.

Turns out these high tech scooters aren't like the old stuff that could run without a battery. It's even water cooled.

I believe the old battery finally had 0.0 volts, and it wouldn't run...I hope.
