Man that interior needs some work, but it's super cool!

So finally used this thing last weekend.

It was AWESOME!!!!

I really like having camper only stuff that lives in the camper full time.  Minimal setup and tear down maximum time make the beast with two backsing off outdoors.  It's so light I wasn't aware it was behind my truck (didn't expect I would).  I discovered I CAN tow it with the gate down, which I need to do to load bikes.  I could do one at an angle I guess, but that sounds like work.

Aluminum pop-up camper - 10/10 would recommend

Just a quick update.

Holy crap I love this thing!  We camped maybe 5 times and I slept at the track on corner work weekends a couple times.

After using it a bunch of times I can't really say I've wanted anything in it it doesn't have.

I've considered rigging up a tank for water and a 12v pump to make redneck showers easier but we really don't need it.

Looking forward to spending even more time with it this year [thumbsup]

With it all folded up, is the exposed fabric part of the 'roof', or is it a separate cover?

Separate cover that rolls up.

If I had a pickup and a bike, this would be my ideal setup for a track day. Load the bike in the bed and tow the camper. Nowadays the only time I would consider using a camper like this would be the cub scout camping trips, but even then it's a bit of an overkill.

A bit more modest than all of that.
I bought this Yakima top box that holds all the camping gear, rifles, fishing poles, tent, chairs, stove etc.

That leaves the inside of the Ute free of stuff if we just want to make a bed in the rear and not set up the tent.
We have four of those big round dog beds to lay in the back for car camping, and a queen air mattress if setting up the tent is going to be worth while.
