Free to ride if it goes back to where you got it.  Problem is it's been sitting for almost two years.  Likely needs an oil change, new belts, probably new tires...

I should not be loaned a motorbike, unless you want it to end up in the pyre.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Mind boggling to me.

I feel people are a bit more practical locally.

It's unlikely that you'd freeze to death in SoCal regardless how cavalier your approach to life.
