After MONTHS of stalking Ducati forums, I found the PERFECT bike for me... Tommy67's 07 695. Thanks again to him for being such a gentleman, scholar, and fine judge of women and whiskey.
No new mods to what Tom has already tastefully done to the bike, however, I have taken things off, put things back on, and so forth.
I'm a new rider and this is my first bike, yet I don't have a license, the bike is not registered, nor does it have tags.  This being said, I dont do much "riding" yet (except for rides around the block or downtown), however, as soon as the MASS DMV lifts my suspension (I got arrested for having a fake ID 7 YEARS AGO!) I'll be able to get my PA M-Class license, take the MSF, and ride w/ more confidence. Until then... Here she is:

Eventually I am looking to repaint the tank (matte black?, possibly a flat red trellis), and switch up the Mivvs to CF high mount Termis.
Also, any riders in the Philly area that wants to meet up/ show me a few things about Ducati's, and good local riding spots, hit me up.

Why would you repaint the tank?

Something about a flat tank and a flat red frame just sounds like it will have weird look... to each his own though, my bike looks weird I guess... I dunno, I guess I like the black with red the way it is so I was confused.

Congrats!!  You described Tom quite well.  He really went above and beyond the norm shaping that bike up for you.
