Seriously.
A couple of days ago, I noticed that I have some minor back pain (small of the back).
Have no idea what caused it. Maybe because of Kermit chair? (I was sitting on it and watching the movie “First Blood” a little while ago.)

(I like the chair, but I know sitting on this chair is not good for the back (it doesn’t support your butt and back properly. Maybe I should sell this chair.)

Anyhow, I went for a short ride this afternoon. I couldn’t go for a ride in the last couple of weeks for a variety of reasons, so I needed to go out on a motorcycle.
When I came back (after about 2 hours), the back pain was completely gone.
Amazing.
This is not the first time. I actually believe riding motorcycle has good effect on the back, neck, shoulders, as well as on your mental health.

Iirc I read somewhere that it helps fight dementia.

I usually ride with friends but occasionally I'll hit the road solo at 4-5am to the north side of the island and catch the sunrise. Chill pace just cruising while no one is out. Always therapeutic going out early and being home before the family is up.
