We do have the small charcoal smoker grill as well as the propane grill.

I was thinking I'd precook and bring them and reheat-I let 'em sit for a good four hours.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Y'all don't want me cooking drunk while watching to see if the kids are being eaten by bears. Might as well eat yer own race boots at that point.

That is how I do ribs, and it always goes very well!
I cook them in the oven at least 24 hours in advance, really slow. maybe 250 for 3 hours or so, wrapped tight in tinfoil. When it's time to heat them up, I let them come up to room temp, and then throw them on the grill with BBQ sauce just long enough to heat them up.
