Yes, the housing market is off the charts currently.  I made really good money on my place when I sold last September.  A similarly sized house a few doors down just sold for $120K more than mine this month

didn't you move to Dallas?  I'm looking, particularly, at the Castle Rock area.  Help would be appreciated as houses don't stay up more than 7 days so it's hard to find while commuting.
