If you’ve never seen these cars live, ya gotta go. It’s out of control! They have to weigh 1,400 pounds (636kg) with the driver in the car. The 410-cubic inch engine (6.7 litre) produces over 900 horsepower and uses methanol fuel. You need eye and ear pro during races.

While nowhere near the HP, the Midgets on dirt are crazy quick. I enjoy them on asphalt more though. Used to watch Jeff Gordon on Thursday Night Thunder way back when he was a youngster long before his move to NASCAR.
