I assume they are connected. I took off the seat to remove the rear seat cover and take my gf for a ride. I had just finished a 40 mile ride and everything was normal. After I removed the seat cover and put the seat back in my abs light won’t go out, it says disabled in the menu. And my speedo jumps around when I start it. Will say upto 20mph while the bike is stationary, then settles to zero and doesn’t move when I start riding.

I think I found the problem, the cable for the Speedo/ABS sensor on the back tire had some slack and rubbed up against the brake disk and ground into the wires. Anyone know the part number for that cable? And a diagram of where it is routed. It goes into the swing arm and I lose it after that
